They are mahogany with teal silk upholstery and rope piping. The wood has a lovely honey-brown tone that contrasts well with the cooler hue of the fabric. Wørts's design brought together traditional wood craftsmanship with more simplified modern forms, as in the rounded corners and sleek lines of the arms and legs. While the silk is in fair condition, the chairs can benefit from an overall reupholstery work.

Dimensions:
26 in. overall width
28 in. overall depth
32.5 in. overall height
24 in. arm height
16 in. seat height
21 in. seat width
22 in. seat depth
8 in. floor clearance

Condition notes:
In overall good condition and structurally sound, with minor surface wear to wood such as nicks and scratches and general wear to silk upholstery, all consistent with the chairs' age and use.
