1970s Stendig Leather & Chrome Dining Chairs - a Set of 6

A handsome set of 6 dining chairs, made in the 1970s, with a nod to Bauhaus modernism, Matteo Grassi designs, and campaign style furniture. The chairs consist of a chrome tubular frame and leather seating and back. The leather is stretched over the cantilevered frame and also pads the arms. It has a rich oxblood-red hue and is beautifully aged. It's the kind of wear that brings genuine history and warmth to an interior. An ideal set with striking color and classic design.

Condition notes:
In good condition with wear consistent with the chairs' age and use. Structurally sound. Leather has extensive surface wear and staining that all add to the value of the chairs.
