Mid-Century Florence Knoll Armless Sofas - a Pair

These two sofas were designed by Florence Knoll in the 1950s. They are a three-seater and are armless, providing open space and easy access on three sides. While the base is the original chromed steel frame, both the upholstery and cushioning are new. These refurbished elements maintain the clean, sleek lines of Knoll's design. The fabric is a gray brushed cotton from Duralee and the very comfortable cushioning is a mix of down and foam. Another noteworthy feature is the finely tailored piping that contours and accentuates the sofas' elegant minimalism.
