Pair of Mid-Century Danish Modern Heiberg Style Table Lamps

Wonderful pair of Mid-Century Modern Danish Heiberg style ceramic table lamps. A bit taller than a typical pair of Heiberg lamps, we believe these lamps were crafted in the 1940s or 1950s. Heiberg lamps were a style of oil lamp created in the 19th century that were later configured into electrical lights during the rise of Danish modern design. Characterized by their porcelain bodies with patinated brass bases that have aged wonderfully over time, these lamps are both timeless and modern. They have been newly rewired by a professional electrician and fitted with new ivory linen shades.

Dimensions:
5 in. Diameter
19 in. Height without shade
26 in. Height with shade

Condition notes:
In very good condition, with only minor surface wear consistent with the lamps age and use. The lamps have been newly rewired by a professional electrician and have been fitted with new ivory linen shades.
