This 20th Century plafonnier or ceiling pendant is styled after the Art Nouveau Jefferson moonstone lamps. It consists of a milk glass bowl, brass chains, and brass canopy. Gold-hued floral medallions punctuate the bowl's exterior and correspond to the four strands of gold chains above and mirror the bowl's fluted design below. The bowl holds four porcelain bulb sockets and the moonglass beautifully diffuses the light to create an ambient glow.
