This custom pillow is made from a fragment of an antique, handwoven Kilim rug. The design features geometric motifs of pale brown, pale yellow, pink, and gray on a greige ground, a composition that calls to mind a painterly abstract landscape. The back of the pillow is a brown cotton fabric. A zipper is sewn into the side for the pillow insert. The new cushion is a comfortable mix of down and Dacron, making for a substantially cozy rest.
