1970s Ming Dynasty Style Coromandel Four Panel Screen

Lovely Ming-Dynasty four-panel screen, made in the 1970s by Charles R. Gracie and Sons, Inc. in New York City. Composed of exquisite coromandel wood, the panels depict a bustling scene from a Chinese village with geometric inlay border. The screen is hand painted in brown and polychrome lacquer.

Condition:
In good condition with minor losses consistent with the screen's use and age like cracks and scuffs. The screen has previously been repaired and could use a replacement of its hinges in the future.
