Art Deco Wood and Leather Top Desk in the Style of Jacques Adnet

Beautiful Art Deco wood and leather top desk built in the early 20th Century. The desk is attributed to relatively unknown yet admired French architect and furniture designer Pierre Chareau. The desk, built in solid rosewood and finished with lacquer, is versatile in function and elegant in profile. Art Deco angles of the drawers contrast a patinated leather top that blends seamlessly into the multi-toned hues of the wood. A wonderful addition to any living space.

Dimensions:
50.5 in Width
28.5 in. Depth
30 in. Height
20 in. Feet clearance to floor

Middle Drawer Dimensions: 13.25" W x 14" L
Left/Right Drawer Dimensions (x4): 13.25" W x 18" L

Condition notes:
In good condition consistent with the desk's age and use over time. The leather top has been scratched and worn over time (with one larger stain on the top left corner), but we feel these marks and fades contribute to the intrigue of the desk. The frame is functional and structurally sound with no obvious scuffs to the wood.
