"Plan de Paris" - Antique Recreation of a Map of Paris

Printed in the Early 20th Century, this antique "Plan de Paris" is a recreation of an earlier map from 1710, originally commissioned by Louis XIV. It was an intricately rendered view of the city. This recreation was printed by A. Taride, whose name appears on the lower right corner. The map has been mounted on linen with a wood stretcher.

In fair condition with general wear, including discoloration and original folds, as well as visible tears to some areas - all consistent with the map's age and use
