1940s Nanna Ditzel Style Danish Settee, Reupholstered in Green Corduroy

Originally crafted in the 1940s, this Danish Modern settee was designed in the style of Nanna Ditzel for Slagelse Mobelværk. It has been completely reupholstered in a cozy, moss-green corduroy, an elegant complement to the light-brown tones of the mahogany legs. The settee has new cushioning and underside webbing. And while the fabric has been modified, the settee's shape stays true to Ditzel's aesthetics: curved, soft lines and winged arms that harken back to traditional forms. A noteworthy detail is the well-tailored piping, also in moss-green corduroy, that sharply contours the settee.
