This antique George III chest-on-chest was hand-crafted in the 19th Century from mahogany wood with brass bail pulls and keyholes. The entire piece is comprised of two chests. The upper chest is topped with an elegant crown moulding and carved fluted sides; there are two small drawers atop three full-length drawers. The bottom chest repeats the simple moulding; there are three full-length drawers. Bracket feet complete the simple, balanced structure. This piece is an antique and is a great candidate for restoration.
