Mid-20th Century Paolo Buffa Walnut Armchairs - A Set of 4

A set of four chairs by Paolo Buffa, hand-crafted in the 1950s. They are walnut with olive-green velvet upholstery. Buffa did not have a singular style, but a common characteristic runs throughout his designs: airy, light, and beautifully sculpted features produced by a mix of traditional and modern techniques. These chairs have smooth, serpentine arms that transition into tapered front legs, while the back legs are tapered and slightly splayed.
